The Studebaker Hawk
The Studebaker company out of South Bend Indiana was known for its sedate but sturdy styling. It's low slung, sleek and eye catching styling caught the eye of many, including the automotive press which loved it. The Hawk name was branded to these coupes by the mid fifties and it continued successfully into production with some changes through the 1964 model year. Today, Studebaker is best known for the Hawk and later, the much applauded Avanti. Supercharged versions of these cars are rising in value as the buying public sees the value and contribution they made to the car industry.

1964 Ford Ranchero
$24,900
Sold new in southern California and resided there until just two years ago! FACTORY V8 FOUR SPEED CAR!
Absolutely rust free, original sheet metal all around. No prior body work. Originally Cascade Green, it was recently repainted a 1966 Ford color called Tahoe Turquoise. Nicely done a 7.5 - 8 out of 10. Again, applied to a clean, original straight body. Nice time and chrome too.
Interior restored to close to original. Seat coverings, door panels and headliner. Factory floor mounted floor shifter, auxiliary gauges and a cool, retro dash mounted tach. The original radio and antenna are missing. A very clean presentation overall.
Lots and lots of upgrades. The original 260 V8 was rebuilt and built up to 292 ci. Front disc brakes were installed. Suspension reworked. A four barrel Holly carb and a new fuel tank. Undercarriage cleaned and detailed. No undercoat ever.
Runs fantastic. Perfect for a daily commute in nice weather. No leaks or issues. Very turn key. Hard to find in so many ways.

1969 Chevy Corvair 500 Sport Coupe
$16,900. Make an offer!
JUST 6,626 MILES!!! Number 4543 of the 6000 Corvairs built for the final, 1969 model year and yes, this is one of the 'Corvair Room' built cars! Just before half way through the 1969 model production, the Corvair was unceremoniously removed from the regular assembly line where it was being built in conjunction with the Nova and moved to a make shift afterthought assembly area in an old converted cafeteria at the famous Willow Run assembly plant. A dedicated group of workers were assigned to the room to finish the production of the final Corvair models. This is one of those cars.
A true survivor, this car is wearing all it's original Garnet Red paint. It's original and almost perfect black bench seat interior and 95 HP 164 cubic inch engine. Just a few options mentioned on the window sticker (which we have!) and that was the Powerglide automatic transmission, white wall tires and push button radio. The car is also equipped with a correct accessory clock so we can only assume that was added at the selling dealer.
Mancuso Chevrolet of Skokie Illinois ordered and sold this car new to a Mr. Clearance Mohr. Mr Mohr apparently read about the Corvair production coming to a cease and actually put a deposit down on this car on THE VERY DAY Corvair production stopped, May 14th, 1969. Yes, we have the deposit receipt! Very ironic, no? Well, it appears Clearance was expecting a big pay day in the future and just lightly drove his new Corvair over the next couple years, only accumulating 4,655 miles by 1971. That's when he put his future investment into storage at his Evanston Illinois home. Mr Mohr passed away in 1993 and his wife shortly after. Their only child, Eugene inherited the home and it's contents and kept everything as is for the remainder of his life which ended in 2012. That's when this car was sold for the first time since 1969. A local Chevy dealer took part in the cars resurrection and soon, the Garnet Red 500 was back on the road! Making it's way to Carlisle PA where it as sold in a collector car auction. A couple of Corvair enthusiast owners since (including myself who owned this car from 2015 to 2017) and now it's current caretaker who has decided to pass it on to it's next caretaker. We are assisting him with that process.
The car is incredibly documented. Window sticker, original invoice, deposit receipt, it's first oil change receipt from Mancuso from 8/69, the Protect-O-Plate and folder and even the $150 coupon from GM given to all 1969 Corvair owners as a 'thank you' and a discount towards any new Chevy up through the 1973 model year. I guess they knew the resale would be less than favorable in the early 70's and I suppose they were right.
Fully serviced and ready to go to it's next deserving home. Recent work includes replacing the original push rod tube seals which were/are so notorious to leak. A tune up and tires with very few miles too.
Rarely do you come across one like this with all it's documentation! One just like it just sold on Bring A Trailer for $24K and that one was the blue so commonly seen and was a three speed stick. Sure it may have been a bit cosmetically better as this car has a few scars from storage (see pics) but to me, this one looks way better with it's color combination. Be sure to check out ALL the pictures in the picture link below. It includes a full history on the car that I didn't detail above. This car is the real deal, folks!

1967 Chevy Camaro RS Convertible
$38,900
Beautifully restored first generation, first year Camaro RS. A very iconic car that is a true investment. This particular example is a real gem!
A quality frame up restoration with little expense spared! A full color change was performed at restoration as it was easy to do with everything apart. Originally a Granada Gold car with a black interior, the car now sports a year correct combinaton of Ermine White with a striking and beautiful bright red interior with white accents. A true 1967 Camaro reproduction interior. All factory original spec. If you didn't read the original production data tag, you'd swear this car was born this way. I absolutely love this car. So unusual to find.
Nicely equipped too. A console shifted automatic transmission, power steering and power brakes. Interior decor package as well as the popular RS package rounds it off. Under the hood is a non numbers matching 327 V8 that runs like new. 15" rally wheels with proper red line tires top it all off so well. Beautiful chrome and all trim.
A very nice example. Everything works. Lights, two speed wipers, headlight doors, radio, heater. The windows all roll up and down smoothly and with ease. Good tires and brakes.
So this is a super clean and well sorted, well restored car you can get in, turn the key and just drive, enjoy and be proud of. Will it win a ablue ribbon at Pebble Beach, no? It's not priced as a car like such. This car is not for the purist, this car is for the guy (or gal) that has longed for a first generation Camaro convertible for a long time, maybe since they were new and now can afford one just to put the top down and enjoy. Maybe win a trophy or two or more at a local car show.
You only live once and you sure as heck can't take it with you. Enjoy! Check out the full gallery of pictures in the link below. I can also easily arrange door to door enclosed transport as a cost probably more reasonably than you think.

1979 Lincoln Mark V
$13,900
JUST 29,581 ORIGINAL MILES!
A true survivor and one of just 11 in this highly unusual color combination according to the official Matri Report we hold for the car. Cream yellow over Cordovan velour with the 'Luxury Group' interior. Very obviously a special order car, ordered on 4/25/79 and sold on 7/31/79. Not a color combination the average dealer would have ordered and that's what I absolutely LOVE about this car! Sold new in Cincinnati Ohio, it ended up spending a large majority of it's pampered life in the state of Virginia. It still wore it's original factory installed tires until just a few short years ago! Lots of original documentation, all framed showing off at a car show.
Under the hood is the standard 400 cubic inch V8 with a two barrel carburator. A matching cream colored 'Valino' landau roof, cruise control, tilt steering column, auto temp A/C and heat, power windows, locks and drivers seat, rocker panel moldings and color coordinated body side moldings. Not a fully loaded car but well equipped with all of todays necessities.
Just a true survivor, show quality Mark V. ZERO RUST ANYWHERE. Factory stampings everywhere. Like brand new inside and out. Nothing to poke fun at or point out. Just amazing in every respect. A turn key classic you can be comfortable driving anywhere. The chrome, the lenses, trim and paint are original and virtually perfect.
A REAL bargain at just $13,900! Won't last long. Check out the full gallery of pictures at www.orphancargarage.com and check out my YouTube walk around video on my YouTube channel. Need transport? That's super east too!

1958 Edsel Corsair Hardtop
$18,995
From the PRIVATE RESERVE. Here is one of my own. Out of my personal, hand selected collection. I gravitate towards low mileage and original cars. Especially if they are orphan brand cars. Well this one checks ALL the boxes with just having 25,002 orignal miles, original paint and interior!
To me, the 58 Edsel is THE Edsel. I like them all. I've owned all three model years and loved them but it's the first year 58's that really capture my heart. I found this car a few years ago in the midwest. Purchased it sight unseen from the seller, a collector like myself and had the car shipped to Massachusetts. The car exceeded my expectations with it's originality and cleanliness.
The very perfect two tine combination of Turquoise and Snow White. With a green and white original and correct interior. Right down to the original E branded carpet. The paint is from what I can tell with my paint meter all original with just a few expected flaws. Some cracking here and there as seen in the pictures and video. Hardly a scratch and after I had the paint professionally cleaned and corrected, it's in a very like new condition. Hard to believe it's original, I know! The bumpers and time are fantastic with just some minor wear. The top of the front bumper with some very minor and surface pitting. Again, it's all original. 67 years old after all. Just an amazing presentation. Ready for the AACA unrestored original judged class.
The interior is also all original and shows very well. Just some minor thread bare on the drivers side seat bottom. The original foam padding under the original seat covers, especially on the front seat is almost non existent at this time. Just from age. My plan was to have a good upholstery person carefully remove the front lower cover and re-pad the cushion. The carpet is somewhat faded and discolored but again, it's original. I'd absolutely leave it alone! It's very presentable with no holes or pulls. The original E labeled heel pad is like new. Headliner, door panels and dashboard are all in awesome condition. The pictures don't do it them justice. The trunk is clean and just as the rest of the car, RUST FREE. I did replace he trunk mat with a reproduction from Mid Century Motors due to the fact that the one one had dried and disintegrated with time. Pieces of it are sill stuck to the trunk floor beneath the new one (see pics). The spare tire just could be the original!
Under the good is a very easy starting and smooth running big block 410 V8. Believed to be completely original. Never apart. The car runs fantastic with hardly a drip and zero smoke, ever. The 1958 only Teletouch Drive automatic transmission performs flawlessly too.
As for needs, there are few. I removed the leaking power steering hydraulic 'ram' piston and pump belt. The car currently steers with manual steering. I have a new ram on order and it will be included with the sale but not installed. Also, the brakes are low. Most likely from sitting in collections (including mine) for many years with little to no road time. I would suggest removing all four wheels, doing an brake inspection and adjustment and bleed. That's probably all it needs but I make no guarantees. I have not investigated it. The car stops okay for me as is and I haven't really driven it enough to worry about it. It was on my 'to do list' but I'm realizing this car is getting further and further down that list. It's time to pass it along to the next caretaker. I am not going to get to this car, storage space is limited nowadays and so I've made this touch decision to let her go. I REALLY want this car to go to someone that has appreciated it as much as I have and all of it's previous owners obviously did. Even the original one that very obviously decided to preserve it way back when at a time when few Edsel's were being preserved. Please don't ask me to have the needed work performed for you. If I could get that done before all my other cars, I would have by now. This preservation piece is being sold as is and as a private party sale. This car is titled and registered to me personally.
Check out the gallery of over 100 photos below and watch my YouTube walk around and driving video. Need transport? I'd highly suggest enclosed on this one. It's too nice. I can arrange that easily.

1983 Datsun 280 ZX Turbo
$12,900
Here is a car that is rapidly increasing in value. The 240's and 260's have become mostly unreachable and these 280's are starting to follow suit. Especially the ones equipped like this.
Here we have basically a ONE OWNER car. I personally purchased this car from it's original owner in western New York about 4 years ago. The car had been sitting in his garage for about 25 years as I recall, undriven. I resurrected it, had the brakes, clutch and fuel system restored and the car was made drivable again. The body is all original and never rusted. I believe its had one repaint many many years ago. Upon my purchase a friend and fellow dealer fell in love with it and I sold it to him. He promptly put it in his collection and never drove it. Now he's asked me to help him sell it. The car runs and drives fantastic just as it did for me. The A/C does not function and the fuel gauge is inoperative. I believe the AMP gauge also does not work. This is a great start for a collector that wants to get in on the ground floor of and increasing asset.
This is THE model collectors look for. Turbo, two seater, five speed and t-tops. The odometer reads 117,814 on the miles.
I have a brief walk around video of the car running I'm happy to share with anyone seriously interested. You can also check out the full gallery of pictures in the link below. Transport is not issue either.

1998 Chevy Corvette Pace Car Edition
$29,900
SHOW STOPPER ALERT! This is a TWO owner car purchased new in Kentucky close to where it was built. Very obviously purchased to be preserved and kept as new, it's then owner only accumulated about 8,000 miles on the car from 1998 to when he or she sold it in 2005. That's when the second registered owner got it and did about the same! Only driving the car about 1700 miles from then until 2012 when it was sold to a dealer in Massachusetts who kept it, not registering it in his personal collection and was and still is said to be his very favorite car ever! He himself has used it sparingly and only added a couple or three hundred miles. It's staggeringly low current mileage sits at just 10,161!!
The Corvette 1998 Indy 500 Pace Car was a limited edition variant of the C5 Corvette that was offered for the 1998 model year. Created to celebrate the use of the C5 Corvette as the pace car for the 1998 Indianapolis 500, the 1998 Pace Car Edition was only offered in a convertible body style that was painted in Rader Blue with pace car graphics, and featured a distinctive black and yellow interior. These cars were powered by Chevrolet's LS1 engine, which was a 5.7L V8 with an output of 345hp that drove the rear wheels through a 6 speed manual or 4 speed automatic transmission. Only a total of 1,163 examples of the 1998 Chevrolet Corvette Indy 500 Pace Car were built, with 547 featuring the manual transmission, and 616 featuring the automatic. This is the rarer of the two with a six speed manual transmission.
Just an impeccable specimen. I can't find a flaw anywhere. If you are looking for the best, look no further.
Check out the gallery of photos in the link below. I can honestly say, the pictures don't do it justice! I can easily arrange transport also.

1985 Chevy Camaro Iroc
$22,900
WOW! Here's one to hold onto. As a newer generation of collectors enter the market, this is the stuff they are scooping up. What they know of as a muscle car. OK, it was the 80's so there wasn't a lot of performance out there with anything so you got what you could and what you got when you wanted something fast was generally one of these if you were a GM person.
IROC is said to have stood for 'International Race Of Champions'. I'll believe that but as a kid, we had a different definition. I now have many Italian friends and family members so I'll just leave it to you to go look up. Honestly I didn't usually give these cars a second look, personally when they were new. Well now I have a different view. They bring me back to a time I'd sometimes (and sometimes not) like to revisit. The 1980's. These cars are incredibly nostalgic.
This is an AMAZING example that appears original. Obviously loved it's entire life and not abused and clapped out like most of the others. This thing is a true time capsule. We don't have a ton of documentation or history but we do have a squeaky clean Carfax showing zero accidents or odometer issues. That's rare right there! This is a non t-top car with the smaller 305 V8 mated to a three speed automatic transmission. Both perform fantastic. Th car has just 61,903 original miles.
The interior on this car is what REALLY caught my eye! It's a veery rare and expensive option for this car when it was new. It was called the Lear Siegler Conteur Interior. It was an $875 option! I've never seen it. Look at that upholstery! The entire interior is IMMACULATE. Everything I tried worked. The power windows, locks and even the seat. Yes, that's power too. The original Delco stereo works great and the A/C blows cold air. I couldn't find anything to pick apart inside this one! A true testament to it's lifetime care. Obviously garaged.
If I had to point out one thing it would be that the rear bumper paint has thinned. It's original and shows some age. I'm nit picking but this car is SO NICE that I think the rear bumper only deserves a professional refresh. That's it as far as I can see. This car is a true future classic. Heck, it's already and antique! Hard to believe, I know.
Check out the full gallery of photos in the link below and reach out for my short, running walk around video. You won't be disappointed. I have this car on consignment to assist with the liquidation of a large collection. An in person inspection can be arranged and is encouraged although I don't think you can go wrong here.

2000 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am WS6 Convertible
$17,900
Here's one you don't see every day. A limited run of just 8,337 WS6 Firebirds were built for model year 2000. This one is an awesome, triple black convertible with a SIX SPEED MANUAL TRANSMISSION. That's checks A LOT of boxes for a lot of people.
We have a squeaky clean Carfax report in hand. Showing zero accidents throughout it's life and just thee family owners. It's original having kept it 12 years and it's most recent having kept it 9. Of those 9 years, that owner only drove the car 1700 miles since 2016! The car currently shows 77,702 miles.
The car looks and runs fantastic. A VERY fast car. Not perfect as upon my inspection, the A/C blowing warm, the right front headlight door is fussy and only raises after a couple of turns of the headlight switch.
The paint and body are gorgeous. Only flaw I could find were some very minor scratches just before the right rear wheel on the 1/4 panel just above the ground effects. Not easy to find. See pics and video.
Top and interior are virtually perfect. Top functions as designed.
The front wheels are correct and factory OE with correct center caps. The rears are a wider, dep dish OE style wheel but are not original and have typical aftermarket wheel pitting in spots but does have the factory original SW6 caps. Other than the rear wheels, I believe but cannot guarantee that the only other non factory upgrade is the exhaust which is still very pleasing. Overall a VERY nice example of a rare and collectible sports car. I am selling this car and many others on the site to help liquidate a large collection. A personal inspection is always recommended as I have not had any personal, hands on experience with the car other than what you see here and have expressed. Overall though, I don't think you can go wrong here.
Check out the full gallery of photos in the link below and ask for my running walk around video which I can share with any serous party. Easy transport can also be arranged.

1969 Camaro Coupe
$35,900
Here's a good one, folks! This thing is CLEAN. It's current caretaker purchased this car two years ago from it's long term owner who purchased this car way back in 1988. That owner happens to be a good friend of mine so I know first hand all the literal blood, sweat, tears, love and cash he put into it. Restoring it twice, the second time being a very high end and expensive one. He wanted it right and right is what he got.
A FULL FRAME OFF RESTORATION was started in 2014. The care was not a rust bucket. It was a mostly clean body car to begin with. Anywhere corrosion was present, it was replaced with new metal. NO BONDO. A new gas tank was installed. New OEM or OEM like trim an badges were installed. Professionally finished in it's original factory coded Lemans Blue paint. So good you could dive into it. It's like glass. RS/SS pearl white striped were added as well. The rear spoiler was also an upgrade during restoration.
The interior was also completely refreshed with new carpet, door panels, seat covers and headliner. It look brand new inside. Upgraded Dakota digital gauges were installed as was the color matched center console. The car is equipped with factory air conditioning and was functioning before being recently garaged but upon my inspection, was blowing warm. I believe that system had all been reworked also, the compressor looks brand new so I'm assuming nothing major.
Mechanically rebuilt. A non numbers matching but is a 1969 dated 327 was installed but not before being completely refreshed with new seals, freeze plugs, and fresh paint. There are no known leaks or oil consumption issues. The car starts, runs and idles fantastically. Some other mechanical upgrades are as follows..
- Edelbrock 650 carburator w/ elec choke.
- Edelbrock Performer intake and exhaust manifolds.
- The original Powerglide transmission was swapped out for a 4 speed manual that you'd swear was factory installed.
One other fun addition is the installation of sequential taillights. No stone was unturned!
We have a clean, Massachusetts title in hand. Check out the full gallery of photos in the link below. Also, I have a short walk around video of the car running I'd be happy to share. This vehicle is with us on consignment.

1989 Pontiac Firebird Formula
$22,900
This is an incredible survivor class Firebird! Just 25,975 original, Carfax backed miles! This car is literally like looking at one used on the Pontiac lot in 1990. You could eat off every portion of this car! IMMACULATE can't even describe how nice this car is. Pampered it's entire life. Never hit. Never painted. All original graphics.
A 305 V8 under the hood. An automatic, console mounted transmission. Working factory A/C and Delco stereo. Power windows and locks. Not to be forgotten either, T-TOPS! YUM! Doesn't get much better.
The four wheels are exact reproduction replacements. We have the originals that have just very minor delamination that will be included in the sale. New tires were installed with the new wheels. Original floor mats, t-top bags are also included.
This car runs and drives just as good as it looks. Needs nothing but a new, very appreciative caretaker. Very few of these cars survived. They very often fell into the wrong hands all too frequently. The ones that have survived hardly ever survived like this. Just incredible.
Check out the photos in the link below. They do not do the car justice. It's that nice. I also have a short running walk around video I'd be happy to forward any serious buyer. This is a once and a lifetime opportunity and it's priced right!

1979 Dodge D150 Little Red Express
$26,900
Here we have something special. A rarely seen factory custom truck from Dodge. Produced for just two years, 1978 and 1979. During a time when the term, muscle car was a four letter word, these trucks were the exception. At introduction and right from the factory. 0-60 times were under 8 seconds. Just 5,118 were built for the 1979 model year.
This one is special is it's had just ONE registered owner. Purchased at a Dodge dealership in Raynham Massachusetts and kept garaged at his home in the very next town over. He owned this truck until 2023. This truck has never seen a New England winter, ever and very little rain. It was purchased new as a future collector vehicle with foresight. With the exception of the outer bed, the cab of the truck appears to have all it's original paint and decals. Speaking of decals, sometime in the 1980's, the owner purchased two new door decals from the same dealer he purchased the truck from. He never used them and they are still sealed in the original boxes and included in the sale. Pictures of those are in the photo gallery.
Under the hood is the original 360 V8 and that's mated to an automatic transmission. Power steering and brakes plus an original push button AM/FM radio are also present.
This is a rarely seen truck, especially with this pedigree and rust free, clean body. No past body work present as far as I can tell. Lots of original documentation is included as well.
This truck is part of a large collection of vintage and special interest cars I've been asked to help liquidate. I make no claims other than stated above as to any particulars. The truck starts and runs fantastic but I have not driven it on the road. It has a 2021 Massachusetts inspection sticker so we can assume that's the last time it got somewhat regular use. I highly recommend in person inspection on this and the other cars in the collection listed on my site. If that's not possible I will do my best to answer any questions you might have to the best of my ability. I can say though, this appears to be quite fantastic overall. We are selling this with the original owners title. You'll be the second owner.

1983 Datsun 280 ZX
$10,900
Here's another example of a 280 generation ZX. An up an coming classic and the 240's and 260's become further out of reach to many. These are quickly following suit. Will the 300 do the same thing? Many say not so much so it's now to jump on while you still can and get an affordable 280. Here is a terrific original example! What appears to be a one or many two owner car with a clean, accident free Carfax history. The paint and interior all seems original to me with just typical wear and tare. This is a perfect entry level Z. It's not a turbo but is a two seater and is a five speed and yes, it's got t-tops! Doesn't get a whole lot better than that. The odometer shows just 60,283 miles and there is a small mileage discrepancy of 9K miles recorded back in 2006. This is very typical of cars this old and Carfax reports. It's not large enough of a discrepancy to give it a second thought as far as I'm concerned. The car absolutely speaks for itself. The power windows and mirrors work well. The original stereo works although I did not check the cassette. Lets assume that does not. The A/C blew cold as well.
This is a really nice car. A nice, unmolested and original example. That being said, it's not perfect. some minor stone chips across the front, a slight scratch here or there but nothing obscene. The interior is tidy and well kept also as seen in the pictures. Again, it's original and it's almost 45 years old.
This car has been driven little by it's current owner/dealer. I have the car on consignment for him as he is liquidating his collection of special interest and classic cars. That being said, I would always recommend an in person inspection or independent one. I have no hands on experience with this vehicle other than my time with it the day I took the photos and videos. I can tell you however that there is an intermittent hard start issue when the engine is warm. I see some new part under the hood like someone may have been chasing that like fresh tune up parts and ignition module but then I see a very original looking coil which probably would have been the first thing I would have checked. I any regard, the car is being sold as is with that condition specifically because I experienced it. The car is priced accordingly and will be an absolute fantastic value to the right buyer.
Check out the gallery of photos in the link below and ask for my short walk around video with the car running. I don't think you can go wrong here...

2007 Ford Mustang Shelby GT500
$29,900
Rare is a word that is very often overused in the hobby. I suppose it's all a matter of opinion. Here is a case where it's my opinion this car is a rare bird. Not only because of what it is but also it's factory color.
Here we have one of just 5500 Shelby GT's produced at the Shelby Automobile Facility in Las Vegas for 2007. Of that, only 1,054 were built in this awesome color of Vista Blue Metallic with white stripes. To me, the very best color you could have possibly gotten.
Zero to 60 in under 5 seconds! That's after Shelby did their supercharger and other massaging of the factory 4.6 V8. This car is of course equipped with a Tremec six speed manual transmission. The only transmission you could get with the GT500.
This example has a clean, accident free Carfax and title. Something you want to look for on these. A very clean and straight car with hardly a flaw. Just 34,498 miles too!
Car runs and drives fantastic as well. The engine light is on due to the fact that the factory catalytic converters were removed. We are including those with the sale.
Check out the full gallery of photos in the link below. I also have a short walk around video I can share to those interested. This car is part of a large collection we are assisting with. In person inspections are encouraged. These cars have been driven very little over the past few years.

1986 Buick Regal Grand National
$28,900
OK. Any 80's car fan will know that other than the 1988 GNX version of this car it's THIS car that many aspire to. Every kid in my high school cafeteria wanted one of these in 1987. Now those kids are old enough and can afford to buy what they wanted then but couldn't have. Ask most motor head guys in their mid 50's or so what 80's car they'd love to own today and most of the answers will be the car we present to you here.
This car has an as new appearance thanks to a full body repaint just last year! Professionally done by a very reputable body shop just outside Boston. This car was stripped to bare metal and repainted beautifully and at a very high cost. All the trim and emblems were replaced then also with correct OE reproductions. A terrific set of the original wheels and a fresh set of BFG Radial T/A's just as it should. You'd swear it was right off the showroom floor!
The original interior is just as nice! Two non factory items to mention is the aftermarket stereo (We do not have the original) and it seems the original selling dealer installed an aftermarket power moonroof. This was not an option on the GN that year so it was obviously added by the dealer, most likely at the original owners request. The sunroof does not operate.
The car runs and drives well and has been used somewhat regularly this past summer. I did notice upon my inspection that the car did exhibit more blue smoke from the exhaust on a cold start than what I would consider normal but it did dissipate after several minutes. The engine itself runs very smooth. Idles nicely. I did see evidence also of a valve cover leak on the right side.
Also of note is that the Carfax shows damage and a total insurance loss from 2014 with the car being sold and retitled in the same state [Massachusetts] in 2017 to a new owner. The body shop that performed the repaint made no mention of any past serous body work so we'll probably never know and unfortunately cars can't talk. In 2014 this car was 27 years old. It didn't take much damage, if hardly any at all to total a 27 year old car. Especially if you didn't have the correct insurance. I suspect is was extremely minor but the report shows what it shows and doesn't give the details we'd like to see. I have a love/hate relationship with Carfax reports. Especially for cars 40 years old nowadays. The dealer we are selling it for tells me his Mass title is free and clear with no branding.
All beinf said and as nice as this car is, I highly recommend an in person inspection on this one. I don't want anyone disappointed and I admit, I'm no expert on these cars. There is no doubt there is more than enough potential on this one! This car will be a bargain for the right buyer.
Check out the gallery of photos in the link below. Feel free to ask questions as well but as I said, I'd much prefer an in person inspection yourself on this one. I believe it's probably well worth your trip..

2003 Lincoln Town Car Signature
$17,900
26,422 MILES! FACTORY MOONROOF! LOADED SIGNATURE SERIES.
Purchased in 2004 by an elderly woman from Latham NY and impeccably serviced and cared for by her until it's sale in 2021. She was 98 years old at the time! . It's next caretaker took possession then and used it only for pleasure drives on nice days. This car has accumulated just 26,422 miles since new! Mileage and accident free history backed up on the CarFax.
Stunning bright white paint with a almost perfect, supple black leather interior. A dealer installed 'Touring Sedan" package that includes the soft cloth landau roof treatment, badging and chrome wheel opening moldings. A nice touch. Rare to see these with that rich black leather. The correct, thin wall whites are the icing one the cake and are only 3 years old with less than 4K miles on them.
The car is fully equipped as you'd expect plus not often seen on a Signature goodies like the power moonroof and heated front seats.
The 4.6 V8 Runs and drives as good as it looks. Needs nothing but a new, loving caretaker.
